Sofitel Nusa Dua – Bali, Indonesia

Sofitel Nusa Dua – Bali, Indonesia

Nusa Dua is probably a little bit more into the Luxury resort – private complex vibe. It felt secluded and safe once you cross the toll highway going in here. It’s a different experience from the rest of Bali. I didn’t think how Bali would be so huge to explore. I’ve never been to all of them but I’m gonna try to dissect everything per blog series.

I was so excited when Sofitel wanted to do a collaboration when I was in Bali for the first time. I picked Nusa Dua as my first location in Bali because of the familiarity of the International Hotels surrounding the area. All Hotels are beachfront as well.

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is the perfect tropical place to go for a honeymoon with some peace and quiet. It’s also ideal for families as they have designated area where you can leave your kids so the parents can have a relaxing day and worry-free stay. I have never felt so relaxed when we were here. We were greeted by our personal butler when we arrived, from there we were escorted to our beautiful room which was connected to the resorts lagoon pool. ( Luxury room – 1 Kingsize Bed + Pool Access + Club Millesime Access) The resort alone is so beautiful – you wouldn’t even need to explore out. We also had access to the Executive Lounge thru our Millesime access which was included in our stay. We had cocktail hours there every 5pm-8pm. They also include a personal butler, complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea.

The resort has its own beachfront which has a lot of water activities. I also signed up for their archery class and boot camps every morning when we were here. I had my massage by the beach because I love the sound of the ocean and the breeze is what makes everything so relaxing.

In terms of food, they have an amazing buffet every morning, I love the old Nikki beach which is now part of Sofitel – I love having my lunches here and for Dinner, we went for the Cucina restaurant which was perfect for a romantic vibe. The fire towers by the pool were light up which sets the mood. We were also serenaded by a group of musicians while having dinner. Make sure to make a reservation upon checking in to get the best seat facing the pool.

*All outfits were bought while I was in Bali – I love shopping here
