Kitten and The Bear

Kitten and The Bear

I love discovering new places all the time, mostly if it’s a hole-in-a-wall place. I recently stumbled upon “Kitten and the Bear” a place where they make and sell Jams. (Thanks, Instagram!) It’s a really pretty shop but they only have two available tables for Tea and Jam tasting. So you better arrive early to be able to catch the good seat by the window.

You can check them out at:

Tea and Jam tasting is $20. You’ll love the unlimited tea and the buttermilk scones are baked fresh! Also, don’t forget to grab a girlfriend with you to catch up over tea and scones. A great place to laugh and enjoy each other’s company or probably gossip or talk about each other goals. I love when women empower each other instead of pulling each other down. My success if your success!

Luckily Therese and I scored the table by the window! woohoo

I ordered the “Heavenly Cream”, it’s my absolute favourite and Therese got the “Kitten and The Bear”. My favourite jam is the Banana, bourbon & vanilla and the Strawberry. If you’re a floral person I think you’ll like the blackberry, plum and violet.

The interior of the place is so stunning. If ever you’re visiting Toronto it’s a must place to go.

After 3 rounds of tea and yummy jams we headed out around Trinity Bellwoods Park to try out Therese’s new toy. As you know she loves taking photographs in film!

Okay now I’m hungry again from laughing too much. Where to next?
