A few weeks back, I was invited by Armani Beauty to a High Tea and Masterclass for their new Neo Nude Collection Launch. The location was one of the prettiest and chic venues I’ve attended lately. Before coming here, I have been reading about the product and have seen great reviews. I’m also been into the “No Makeup look Makeup”. I see that a lot of millennials are leaning towards this trend. I mean I never really fully understand how harmful using make up every day until I started getting into skincare and more brands I get to know and work with. I also find my skin breaks out more when using thick foundations.
The event started out with some High Tea, getting to know other bloggers and some yummy sandwiches and dessert. After this, we were escorted downstairs where we were introduced to the products and we were thought how to use the product correctly. I have been using the 3 Neo Nude Fusion powder as my make up base, contour and highlighter. I’m really in love with it and how it’s lightweight but at the same time acts as a really good base like a liquid foundation. As for the formula goes – its called the water memory formulation process. During formulation, water within the powder evaporates, leaving a powder texture behind. Upon contact with the natural moisture found within the skin, the process is reversed: the powder transforms into a veil-like liquid that becomes one with the skin, avoiding harsh lines, smears or caking over time. This is why my skin looks dewy and actually look like I have liquid foundation on even tho I just used the Neo Nude Powder. As for the Blush, I use this to create a uniform look when on the go, I use it on my eyes as my eyeshadow, then as blush-on and a bit of dab on my lips before I put on my lip balm.
I am really happy with this product and truly recommend it if you’re into The No makeup look Makeup. I use this makeup for an everyday look and I love it.
I’m also launching my New Youtube Channel Next month. Let me know if this is something you’d like me to vlog about/getting ready video. I’m also looking forward to getting to try the whole collection and give more in-depth thoughts.
Here are some of the highlights from the Event.
