Tremblant in Mont Tremblant, Quebec has always been my go-to Ski resort for the last 3 years. It is the #1 in the East for more than 20 years now. I always make my way every December to experience the beautiful scenery and snow. Last year, I finally gave myself a break to learn how to ski. You can see my last post HERE from last year and my First Time Experience Skiing in Tremblant.
Last December, I travelled to Tremblant with Tania & Elise – Both amazing snowboarders. For the first time, Therese and I made it to the top of the mountain to Ski and it was beautiful. I did Vlog about everything which is going live on YouTube this Sunday.
Our stay this time was a day longer than the last one since we drove from Toronto – Mont Tremblant which took about 7-8 hours one way. I totally recommend driving tho for beautiful scenery along the way. If you’re impatient or just love flying you could definitely fly directly to Mont Tremblant through Porter Airlines and Air Canada. From the airport you just need to take a van that will drop you off to your hotel, this takes about 30 minutes to drive from the airport.
We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Therese and I drove in straight from NYC to Toronto and left around 1 pm and arrived around 9 pm in Tremblant. We stayed in Fairmont Tremblant and it’s so beautiful. It’s probably one of my favourite hotels in Tremblant. They have a ski-in and ski-out pathway which is so convenient to go up the mountains or if you’re just starting out it’s right by the ski school and gondola. It also has its own private ( guest only) Outdoor Nordic spa which gives you the beautiful view of the resort. During breakfast, we get to see the skier’s coming down from the long ride from the mountain. They offer an amazing buffet-style breakfast. Always pick the window side table – its the best spot. For Dinner and drinks, we checked out The Axe Bar inside the hotel on our 2nd night. I loved the Pan-Seared Salmon on their menu a must to order when you’re here! After here, we checked out Le P’tit Caribou for a fun Aprés-Ski champagne night.
On our 3rd day, I finally got to Ski up in the mountain and had some time to enjoy the Nordic Spa in Fairmont. For dinner, we went to Microbrasserie La Diable for some wings before heading to Café d’Époque to experience the night scene – the night club was really fun and loved the music, they also have Jenga and beer pong which are really fun to play.
On our 4th day, we had our breakfast one last time before heading back to Toronto.
